I am Lasse Malzer
Born in 1979 and a lifelong resident of Copenhagen, I began my career in communication jobs within Denmark’s private sector. However, around the age of 30, I felt a deep calling for change. This led me to embark on a transformative journey into psychotherapy and an embodied way of living.
Alongside my therapeutic training and practice, I continue to nurture my love for nature and being active with the body through a fulfilling gardening job — a combination that brings me great joy to this day.

Balancing Body, Mind and Spirit
All therapeutic processes are individual in shape, pace and length, and are held with an empathic, compassionate and nonjudgemental approach. In focus is always nurturing your self awareness, resources, growth, self acceptance and care.
Some people’s processes has a lot of breath- and body awareness work, others emphasizes analyzing the psychological and behavioral perspective of yourself. Both aspects is essential and I truly believe that we all thrive best, as whole human beings, if we aim to find balance and connection between:
– Body
– Mind/Intellect
– Emotions
– Spirituality
Emotional Balance and Growth
A key capability in life, is learning to recognise and embrace your own emotions. Integrating them to find a healthy balance of when and how to express your feelings, in your relations and all other theaters of your life – and when to contain and process your inner movements on your own.
Learning to regulate your nervous system response towards stress and stimuli in general, through practice with classic breathing and grounding techniques, is an important capacity for all people. Especially if you have been through something in your life, that put some emotional marks and scars in you. These elements of our past will always, to some degree, paint the background carpet of the stage on which our lives play out. Growth into new colors of life happens in co-relation to what is already present in us.
